In the beginning of May two missionaries from the USA visited Grenada to help. During their visit they focused on the main needs of the parish – looking for opportunities to expand the church space and attract more people. For that reason they participated in the following activities
- Visited several spots for the potential construction of the church and estimated the costs, looked into other opportunities (purchasing the land from the government, etc)
- Met the Roman Catholic Bishop and two catholic priests to look into the opportunities of using the space of the Roman Catholic Church – the common practice that Orthodox Church is following in the new places where the presence of Orthodoxy is limited with the blessing of hierarchs
- Spread the word about the Orthodoxy and its presence on Grenada by the street mission in Grenville and St Georges
- Visited gathering of the Adventists of the Seventh Day sect and talked to people there about the Orthodoxy
